At Ego Timepieces, we make the shipping process simple, fast, and secure. Every watch on our site is in stock and usually ships within one business day once payment is verified. We provide free FedEx Overnight shipping within the U.S., fully insured at no extra charge. For added protection, all orders are sent to the nearest FedEx pickup center. Credit-card orders are shipped only after the payment is fully approved and settled, typically around 9:00 pm EST. Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day; orders after 1:00 pm EST ship on the second business day. To maintain security, shipments can only go to the billing address on file unless a different address is verified ahead of time. Wire-transfer orders ship the same day funds are confirmed, with a cutoff of 2:00 pm EST. We accept wire transfers only—no ACH or alternate electronic transfers.

Ego Timepieces ships exclusively through FedEx and cannot accommodate other carriers. FedEx Overnight applies to all domestic orders, with delivery Monday through Friday only—no weekend or holiday service. A valid street address is required, as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. Sales tax is collected where required. If you receive a watch that is defective or not as described, please contact us within three days of delivery to begin a return or exchange. The watch must be sent back in its original, unworn condition, including all boxes, papers, tags, links, and accessories. Any timepiece that has been worn, sized, opened, or altered in any way cannot be accepted. All final sale items, special orders, and pieces sourced specifically upon request are also non-returnable.

All returns must be approved in advance and shipped using an insured, trackable service. Once the watch arrives, it will undergo an inspection to verify that no wear or damage has occurred. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within three business days. Ego Timepieces does not provide cash refunds. In the event a return shipment is lost, an insurance claim must be closed before any refund can be processed.
